Had a read through the Wiki and see there's a few options I can do and depending on offset ect I should choose the setup wisely
So can anyone recommend the best axle setup to use for

The evo hubs have more castor built in too, so it would be a good idea to use those with evo arms to get the geometry somewhere near where it should be.
However, low offset wheels are going to be a tight fit using an e36 based setup which increases track.
Do NOT use 3.0 arms. They're the same as e30 arms!

What harry said, plus E30 M3 eccentric control arm bushes are required. Having done the swap, I know from experience that your 17x8 fronts at et20 will probably work on the front with nothing more than an arch roll. But you will need more than that for 17x9 et22 on the back. I tried 17x8 et29 on the back with well rolled arches and they still caught under compression.

Brilliant thanks guys!
Ive been sourcing 3.0 stuff as well
I have E30 M3 eccentric bush's in at the moment in good condition fortunately.
So parts list,
Evo hubs, calipers, wishbones
This should hopefully keep the wheel centered in the arch yeah? and just a compact 318ti rear axle set up

3.0 calipers will be fine - m3, m3 evo and z3m calipers are all the same, just wishbones and hubs are different. E36 compact rear is fine, but depending what driveshafts you use, you may or may not need to swap diff output flanges. If you keep e30 driveshafts in compact rear arms you'll be fine.
