Rev Limiter HELP!!

Have a 1991 318is and want a aftermarket Rev limiter with launch control!! Was looking at Omex mainly.

Just need to know is there a specific one to fit the car if so can someone please tell me which one.

A couple of friends use Omex sequential shift lights and they seem like decent quality.

Got to ask, why do you need launch control? Do you compete with the car?
