Has anyone got a diagram of the run of washer pipes etc. it must show all the pipes for a standard car with headlight washers.
Also a wiring to diagram to show which plugs connect to each washer pump.
I'm trying to sort out a few niggling problems including leaks from many of the n/r valves which I have for replacement but I'm unsure if they are already fitted correctly from a previous owner.
Lastly how easy should it be to blow through the n/r valves to I can make sure they aren't blocked.

Like you I was unable to find a diagram anywhere.
I ended up ripping it all out and re routing all hoses.
I run the headlight washers direct from the bottle to a T
Piece , branched off to each headlight jet. Each run to the jet
Has a small white cylinder thing, one was fooked, totally blocked so I left it off. The headlight jets work perfectly now BUT
I need to replace the broken white thing? As the jet without it drips until the bottle is empty, easy fix.
The windscreen was done the same way but I left off the
White things as they were both shagged.
Working perfectly , no leaks dribbles etc. The windscreen
Bottle has an extra feed , both water and electrical on the
Rear of the resovior, by the inner wing, I don't know why,
I run the water hose into the top of the headlight bottle just
To get rid of the hose. It may be a bit of a bodge but bar the
Dribble it all works perfectly, for the first time in the 10 months
I've owned the car.
Hope this helps
