Guys just dropped a m30 into a 325i touring and pretty sure she's got a 3.91 slipper (not checked label yet) about 90MPH ticking over at 4k me thinks.
I had bought a m30 conversion with a e30 m3 slipper fitted 5 years ago and she pulled through the rev range, this one seems very short through the gears, is it the slipper being short?
Would anyone in the North London/Essex area with m30 conversion be able to meet up and compare the differences in power delivery etc.
Another note I don't think she is as fast as I was expecting, would the slipper give that feel?
Worth doing a simple compression check?[/list]

Very good, I'm very close to shenfield side of A12 and can be at Essex youth football acadamey Monday/Wednesday evenings.
Will try and sort the exhaust blow on one of down pipes (needs tighting up).
Make sure we talk in a month!
