No it isn't. I ran them for a while but they're not really worth it in the dipped beams IMO. You don't get any more range if they're correctly aimed, you just get more glare back from the road.

I mean I will use it for my smiley lamp, I use at this moment 35w but I think I want more brighter so I think I want go to 55w but does the heat from the bulb will melt my rear back cap?
does the size of the bulb is different between 35 and 55?

A 55W HID bulb consumes the same amount of power as a standard 55W H1 bulb. Since the HID bulb produces more light, then by the principle of conservation of energy, it must produce less heat.
I agree with Morat that it's a pointless upgrade. A correctly aimed 35W HID powered E30 headlamp provides all the light you could need in the limited and sharply cut off area illuminated by the light. Any extra brightness here just makes it more difficult to see the area beyond the beam.

I find that the 55w Xenon kits on eBay are about the same brightness as a stock OE factory Xenon option, some of the cheaper 35w kits just don't cut it for me.

Nah, Just the cheap bulbs, the fact that so many of them are also not correctly aligned causing all sorts of focus issues in the projector doesn't help!
