Here's the rear section I got from ECP, Its says in stock..
http://www.eurocarparts.com/search/705110417/p/home
and here it is £60 less on CP4L..

The part number is 705110417 its the better built one, Eberspacher do a cheaper one but have been told the build quality is rubbish.
I'm afraid I don't know the part number for the front section but its a start none the less. Might be worth contacting Magpie on here he bought Morats touring which had a full Eberspacher two piece exhaust on, he may still have it up for sale.

Thanks for the info, called them again but they say they do not have the parts...? I explained that I am converting from a 3 piece to a 2 piece but they insist that they do not have the parts...
Anyway so I contacted my closest BMW dealer and have been quoted £594 incl VAT for the front and rear...far better than the £1224 I was quoted for the 3 piece...
Car goes in on Monday for its MOT so we will see if I actually need a new exhaust then. But either way I think I will change from a 3 piece to a 2 piece system, it just makes financial sense.

Did you tell ECP that the rear section shows that its in stock online? Perhaps just get the part number for the rest of the bits and order it all online.

Its not uncommon that the person on the end of the phone at ECP doesnt have a f***ing clue about cars, parts catalogues, or anything inbetween. Telling them the part number is usually the only way to get what you need, but just make sure you dont pay for it before you have checked the part, they dont like giving refunds!

Thats why I deal with ECP mainly through the internet. You get the odd decent person at the counter that knows what they're doing but in general you're confronted with halfwits.DanThe wrote:Its not uncommon that the person on the end of the phone at ECP doesnt have a f***ing clue about cars, parts catalogues, or anything inbetween. Did you try Magpie as a cheaper option?
