part number

looking for part number 11. removed this from my cabby as it looked like the bow of the titanic compared with the other pipes it ran with to replace it.

11 was only fitted to '87 and earlier cars. If you're looking at the correct bmwfans.info page for your car, than the part # will be in the list below the diagram in your link.
It's 16 13 1 177 465 BTW.

been trying to post a pic of my part. it ran down the passenger side sill with 2 or 3 other slimmer pipes. definately thought it was a fuel pipe and it is the same shape as the one in the link where as the othe ris straight.? mine is a 1990 cabby, auto. 325i

That'll be 16 13 1 179 729 , the 1365mm pipe #11 on the next diagram. Note that there's no reason why you can't just remove the pipe back as far as the rear subframe , then add the piece of rubber pipe from the front end, and tuck the free end somewhere where it won't block with dirt.
