What do you call the rubber pipe that gos between the throttle body and the air flow meter?
Mine has split and i need a replacement, can you still get them?

It gets called lots of things, along the lines of Rubber Intake Boot.

You can still get them, but they're specific to the engine and year of your car. Visit Realoem.com or bmwfans.info to find the right part number for your car.

Think I paid £25 ish from Cotswold BMW through this site.
I asked for an inlet air boot and got the right part.

I've also seen people on here trying to sell old ones for more than new ones.

I have recently tried to get one for my 320i. Everywhere was as expensive as a BMW dealer. Just went to them, its about £25.

Found one for a 325i from http://www.incarmotorfactors.co.uk/ for £10.
