As above folks, i need to get some new suspension for the sport but I'm on a budget so can't afford h&r, bilstein, etc.
Had a loom round & a local p,ace is selling KYB ultra sr shocks for a decent price (they are meant for an e30 with m-tech suspension) & the springs to match.
Now, has anybody used these before?? Any good??

IIRC , KYB are an OE supplier for various Japanese manufacturers. I have used them on yanks for years and have always been very happy with them and would chose them over most other budget / mid range shocks.

I bought a pair of KYB E36 M Tech front shocks yesterday for £18, fresh from a written off 328i. Literally days old and not even dirty.

I'm tempted to get a set too, I have used the Gas adjust monotubes on Volvos before and they are excellent. If you too take the plunge please klet us know how you get on!
