Does anyone have any experience using sump plugs as in the link below?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Magnetic-Sump ... 58aa99d08c

Some numpty has over tighten the plug on my M20 sump and now its forever spinning.

I’m thinking of tapping a bigger hole on the sump and using one of these magnetic plugs?

Does anyone know the current OEM sump plug size?

I think it's an M12, but with a relatively small head, so requiring a 17mm spanner to tighten.
If it ain't broke, fix it till it is

Yes they are M12, you can buy a repair kit/inserts to retain the original plug size

Thanks! Any experience with the magnetic plugs?

I'll be going one size over when re-threading to M14?
