Got a few issues,

Firstly - the third smaller connection on the radiator, where should that go?

Secondly - where does the outlet on the metal water pipe on the inlet side go to (in between the water pump and the other end that connects to the heater matrix?

They connect together, if they”˜re the points I think you”˜re talking about. You”˜ll find they”˜re pretty much the same diameter. Bottom of the radiator to the outlet on the pipe. Note that there is another, smaller outlet on that pipe, around 10 mm iirc, that normally goes to the block via the throttle body.

Yeah the smaller 10mm pipe I have blocked off because its for the throttle body in cold climates or something like that.
