I cant find anything for this age to clarify what pin does what on the main engine harness. Unfortunately its not the same at later 325i's.
Does anyone have any info?

Yeah that's the one, I've had to convert it over to the c101 to fit the 4 cylinder wiring cover.
If you could do that it would be a massive help!
Wish I had bought a 325i, would have been a lot easier.
