My PBMW 320i has had a rear disc conversion at some point in its life and I'm not 100% sure it's been done correctly

Tends to wear out rear pads quite quickly compared to fronts and I'm not that confident on he brakes. Tried various pads but still don't seam 100% correct

Does anyone know if you need to change the master cylinder as well?

I guess it could also be the regulator valve?

Haven't seen that advice anywhere myself to change the m/c.

Could it just be sticky calipers? Have you refurbished them? New seals?

If it's sticky calipers the heat would be getting transferred into your brake fluid as well, are you getting brake fade?

Calipers have all been serviced

Does anyone know if the pressure regulator is different between drum and disc cars?

Could also just be me being a bit rubbish!

I don't find the fronts tend to lock that easily (i have no abs) and I was finding the front rs29's seamed to glaze over which others didn't seam to suffer from
