What's a good price for one of these nowadays?
Been looking on ebay and can't seem to find any for sale/sold to get a feel for pricing.

A good price is anything under £200 IMO. Trick is to find one for sale.

I'd stick it on ebay and see what it makes. Offer international postage as being rubber it'll be safe to ship, that may increase the price you'll get.

Does this look right for an m-tech spoiler? The part number isn't found in RealOEM but it's not the regular spoiler either. 2238869 is listed as the fixing kit.

Don't recall mine having the PFEBA marking on it, i'm no expert but are you sure it's a tech 2 spoiler, I seem to remember the Alpina C2 side skirts were made by PFEBA, these were UK only fit and were actually part of the BMW aerodynamic kit, not the Tech 2 kit, this is all from a rather addled memory so I could be wrong.

Powelly, I don't know for certain, but
- the spoiler is definitely larger than the regular one
- it has the roundel
- the part number on it is one digit higher than the fixing kit listed on RealOEM
I'll keep searching for pics on the web, but if anyone call shed any light, let me know.

If anyone has any decent touring spoilers I have a chap who can make moulds and then produce some copy's which I think would be worthwhile given how rare touring spoilers are

Thanks Brendan. PM replied.
From your pic, I'd say they could be the same.

Seen this come up a few times.... no one seems to want to send off their £200 spoiler in the hope loads of them will come back and de-value it!!!pac1982 wrote:If anyone has any decent touring spoilers I have a chap who can make moulds and then produce some copy's which I think would be worthwhile given how rare touring spoilers are
Think the last one was gonna be carbon - or maybe just fibreglass or something!!!
Now if someone wants to fit one to a tailgate and send that off to have some one piece carbon tech 2 tailgate's made....

I don't think copy's would effect the value of genuine items, just look at genuine mtec 2 kit loads of copy's about but real stuff still commands a premiumminiblob wrote:Seen this come up a few times.... no one seems to want to send off their £200 spoiler in the hope loads of them will come back and de-value it!!!pac1982 wrote:If anyone has any decent touring spoilers I have a chap who can make moulds and then produce some copy's which I think would be worthwhile given how rare touring spoilers are

I was thinking of making a mould of my spoiler but it's not the easiest thing to do with the lip on the underside of it. Mould making kits aren't exactly the cheapest things to get either.

Cotty on here did it years ago and the c u n t who was supposed to make them (who was a "zoner") didn't and never returned the spoiler. So that put that to restminiblob wrote:Seen this come up a few times.... no one seems to want to send off their £200 spoiler in the hope loads of them will come back and de-value it!!!pac1982 wrote:If anyone has any decent touring spoilers I have a chap who can make moulds and then produce some copy's which I think would be worthwhile given how rare touring spoilers are
