of you go 2.5 you don't need to get it decompressed use it as it is and 350 will be with in reach

my mate has a 2.0 zetec turbo Cortina and running 240 with fiesta rs turbo loom and ecu and different injectors and chipped and a cossie turbo. so im hoping for more

just gotta decide what injectors, been told e36 328 injectors will be good for that bhp

them injectors won't be no good for that you'll need bigger than them
I was running 42 lbs and I maxed them out at 400bhp

There is Lucas 440cc injectors on eBay new for 25 each or could try rover t series turbo injectors 380cc should be cheap enough
