Bolt size help needed

I gotta use 5mm spacer on the rears to clear the wheels hitting the coilovers can I still use the same bolts that I have been using or do I need longer bolts ?

General rule for a fastener is that it should engage by the same amount as its diameter. Wheel bolts are M12, so I'd want them engaging by 12mm+. Pitch of the thread is 1.5mm, so 12/1.5=8, so you're looking for at least 8 full turns of the wheel brace.
