As of now running this combo, any downsides? Car won't see any track use just normal DD duties with the occasional highway trip.
Heard from others that the US s50 puts out more torque than the trans can handle.
s50 with dogleg question

I would say there's not many people running that setup over here. What dogleg gearbox have you used?

That box was weak when it was fitted to the 323i. Unless you don't plan on using the S50 as intended, it won't last long.S14M3 wrote:Box from an e30 323i

Thanks, car won't be used for track duties. DD only and the transmission will probably be switched to a 260 at some point in the future. As of now it's in storage for the next couple years.
