hi all. new to this site. had a few bm's in the past and can't find a better car so i'm looking for a cheap 325i touring. question is, how big a job is it to convert from automatic transmission to manual? is it even possible or worth doing? i have a complete manual 325i donor car here. stay in scotland and not many if any tourings about so can't be too fussy about which i go for. might end up heading down south. plenty on ebay just now!
cheers guys, davey.

Hi davey, there's a pukka lach's silver on ebay, I think it is one of the zoners so you know you're getting quality.
Previous owner of my cab did the conversion, and he was a pup. There is a thread on here somwhere with all parts needed just do a search.
welcome.

Auto to manual conversion is easy enough if you have a complete donor car.
