which should I buy? adjustable or not? front strut bar

hello,

I want to buy front strut bar, but I can't decide which should I buy?

I think my old e30 strut tower has slightly deformed because of age, so this will be make difficult to install non adjustable strut bar, but still possible, may be use some force from jack.

any zoners here can give me some advice? which is better and does both 2 has same rigidity?

If the strut tower has bent in one direction, then it can be bent back in the other. I've a 10 tonne body jacking kit, that makes most things fit, but you can improvise with other kinds of jacks/pulleys/levers.
