any changes of the intake mainfold gasket leak n make the engine misses?

Any air leak on the intake side will cause problems to engine running. Which engine do you have?

i got a 325i m20b25. how to check for leaking on the intake mainfold?

Start the engine, let it idle, and then spray Carburettor Cleaner around the intake pipes and gaskets. If the engine speed increases, then the Cleaner is being sucked in by a leak.
