Car was 'built' in this neck of the woods.
Rather than use a management system. 2 extra injectors are plumbed in to compensate for the fuel of the turbo.

How can you turn on an extra 2 injectors? How can a 6 pot use 8 injectors? WTF?

They will be in the boost pipe spraying before the throttle body.
And there will be a switch (probably a motorbike brake switch) on the turbo actuator, once wastegate opens will then bring the other 2 injectors into use.

A fith injector was a common mod on escort rs turbos back in the day which had Bosch KE jetronic fuel injection as the injectors were mechanical.
The fith injectors was normally an electronic one which was mapable with its own small ecu and map sensor.

Never heard of it...
I emailed the seller earlier with this...
Hi,
What management system does this engine run on? im a bit confused about using 6 injectors then 8?
Thanks
His answer....
M3 management, why confused about 6 or 8 injectors as the pick-up has 8 injectors but can be run on 6 for economy at a flick of a switch.
M3 management

sounds a bit lash up to me..

doesnt sound right to me....unless its running ms3 ecu? ms3 is a megasquirt.
if those other two injectors are plumbed in like said before they will be somewhere on the inlet plenum and hopefully in a place that will give all cylinders some equal fuelling im guessing/hoping..lol

It will just be running on stock management.
The car will be a lash up.
There is a twin to this car, where a saloon was used.
That was an epic bodge.
Pacerpete knows what this lads work is like.
