Heater matrix

Hey everyone once again I've got a problem and am seeking help please my heater valve on my heater matrix is making a thumping noise but only under load could I have the heater pipes the wrong way around? As it only started since I have out an m52 in? Cheers

Yes, heater pipes the wrong way is the usual culprit. Pipe from the back of the head goes to the lower pipe iirc.
