Hi all just bought an e30 320i se 2door manual.
When I touch the accelerator from idle revs dip right down to around 500rpm then they pick only happens from idle.
Any ideas?

Many thanks in advance :)

Try spraying WD40 around the inlet manifold gasket with the engine idling; if it briefly raises the revs, then you have a leak.

Also check all inlet hoses for splits, and clean the idle control valve and clean/adjust the throttle position switch;
