Is this car overpriced?? And if so, what is a realistic price for it?

Im mid way through my m52 conversion and was wondering how
much a nice e30 with this engine would be worth

Last engine converted e30 i saw was a Calypso Red 2-door with an S50 engine in - I'd say that was as clean as this one is, and was a professionally done conversion i think. I guess always worth what someone is willing to pay. I would say that ebay one is a bit overpriced though, personally.

It looks good for the money. A modified E30 will always have a difficult value to put on.

I've seen S50 conversion go for around 7.5k/8k .

5k might be more realistic :)

PROPER conversions will demand more money.

It is difficult to value without seeing the car and whether it is a quality conversion and how good the body is.

It is similar-ish spec to what my chromie was running and if i had that still, if the bodywork was tip top, I'd want something around that figure.

The engine bay looks pretty untidy (cables here and there usually a sign of the attitude/general quality. Not something that can't be sorted though)there are a lot cleaner looking M52'd e30's bays out there, if it ain't as good as a factory job or better why bother. For that reason i would say its well over priced, but don't get me wrong im not saying its not a nice car!
Just you could prob get better for that kind of wad!

yes IMO, all I see is a stanced 318IS with an Emtecknikal kit, (fogs filled in/Fibreglass copy ?) cheap rimzz that has had a colour change, it might have an Engine from a £400 328i E36 Donor, but I still think it's south of £2000 :?
10 minutes with a sharp object would no doubt reveal why this toaster was "sprayed"
