which shock has long life service for everyday car?

I have tried boge turbo and only life for 1 year (50k km) and try bilstein and it only live for 2 year (100k km).

what is normally life service for shock?

does it is worthed to buy b6 or b8 I don't know which is heavy duty, but the price is about 3x than b4? or any other shock that is better?

err, 50k km is not "normal" for one year. I can't think of any car components that are good for 100k km...

Both of my E30's are on Borge gas dampers,both have lasted several years so far!
Touring covers 13/14k miles most years.

yes, a lot of variation on road surface, holes, etc not like in europe but most road here is good also.

what is the price for b4 in UK? here for a pair of front is about 55 GBP, I buy from local shop but not from bmw dealer.

I just bought a full set of B4's for £170. Seemed to be the lowest price I could find them.

yes, it is B4 bilstein, I wonder it is very cheap here, I'm curious if it is fake? or because bilstein here produced in china?

I don't know but I buy bilstein and boge at different shop or importer with nearly same price, but at bmw autorizhed dealer the price is about 170 GBP and they give 2 year warranty

I read on here once that out of all the Bilstein shocks.. the B4's were made in China, making it one of the reasons for being cheaper.

No translations problems

There are 2 types of boge shocks, the "touring" one is more of an OEM shock, in the UK we have boge Turbos which is more like an M tech shock. That is also similar to the the bilstein B4 (the black ones you have photographed)

Depending on how you drive and the roads is expect shocks to last anywhere between 40,000 miles and 80,000 miles
