it isn't displayed because uber_banner1.jpg doesn't exist at that URL.

upload a photo, click hotlink forum one
copy and paste, straight into here
no need to do anything else!

If you copy and paste all these links they work, but they dont in HTML code.

Guys, change them in Profile and make sure the "img" tags are in small case, not capitals.

Like Zayyan said, change them in your Profile (in the white bar where you log out) and not in 'Your Account'.
