Any ideas on value? I've a friend with this reg plate on his e30 and wondered if anyone knew if it was valuable or not?

Only to someone called F. Bav who owns a 325i

Can't see anyone else even paying the £80 it would cost to transfer it tbh.

Nevermind, I like it anyway. He's just about to put his 325 up for sale and I was curious as to weather or not the plate was worth keeping.

If he, or you, like the plate then get it transferred off. Its only one form to fill in and will cost £80 to put it on another car, or £80 + £25 for a retention certificate for a year.

Its never going to make you a massive profit though.
cheers,
