It says it's from an e36. It's not from an e30.

Strange you advertise something, the auction ends and now your asking what car its for.
To sell things well on ebay, you need to know what your selling and make an great reading advert to back this up and allow people to be drawn into your listing.
Hope your buyer knows what he bought.

Its my listing. It was removed from my first E30 when i bought it, so i definately know it fits E30. But if i remember correctly i was told it was from a E36. But now im being told it would never fit a E36. Im so confused. Im being told different things by different people.

similar to this steering from a e36 but you need to believe in the advert.

Cheers for your advice, but what i had written to my knowledge was correct and true, from what i had been told. Then in the time i had gone to sleep last nite and woke up this morning, i had one message from someone one ebay saying it eont fit a E36 even though i had been told it would, and another person had actually purchased it. This is why i am now trying to find out because i want to rectify the issue for the person who has bought it, and give them a refund if i need to. Like i said i am only going on what I have been told by other people as I am not sure, and like i also said i am being told 2 different things by different people. So thanks!Sanchez wrote:Strange you advertise something, the auction ends and now your asking what car its for.

Rich, that will 100 % fit an E30 / 32 /34 . It will NOT fit an E36. That style of wheel was usually seen on later non airbag E32s and E34s

Yes , non airbag. They were a 'sports' wheel option for late non airbag cars. They were never offered on E30s but will 100% fit straight on as will any other non airbag E32 / E34 wheel.
