Hi folks, been meaning to getting round to asking this for a while and now the cab is off the road it's time to start compiling a list if jobs to do over the winter.

I have adjusted my front windows to stop at the highest point before they start to catch on the roof lip as I shut the doors. with the door shut there is still a fair gap at the front that lets wind and rain in on the very rare times i drive it with the roof up. If I do park it up outside without a cover and it rains heavily i find the seats get quite wet. Is there another adjustment I can make or do I perhaps need new roof seals?

Pics please Jim. Sounds like the glass needs to be adjusted so that it lies better horizontally, i.e it's tipping forward which is allowing for the gap? Pics would help understand.

The wiki articles aren't have as good as the write up (with pics) one of the zoners did - I think it was FinalD(?).

I should have said in my initial post I have already followed the wiki and got the front and rear windows level and also level with the roof as the door closes. The rear window sits in the seal just right and is watertight. It's where the front window meets the seal at the front edge toward the windscreen. I'm wondering if the roof seals are prone to wear.

The front glass sits on the rear window seal nicely but there is a 5mm gap where is should really butt up against it. If I got it to butt up flush the rear window would sit a bit higher than the front and not look right with the roof down.

Will post pics at weekend

Diable, thanks for that input but up here on the empty roads in north Scotland we can get up to speeds of excess of 25mph!
