I need to replace the plastic plug housing on the doors, because at some point the tabs have been broken and the rubber seal doesn't clip on anymore. Is this easy to replace or does it mean all the wiring has to be removed from the plug?

The plug cost around £5 for both (it's 2 parts) from Cotswoldbmw, to take the pins out you'll need a special tool, that you can't buy from BMW
if you are not a garage or smth., but you can get it from eBay. I used this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Durite-0-703- ... _392wt_934
not the best tool I guess but it did a trick.

You can also buy the pins from BMW, you will probably need to replace a few

I think the pins cost a fair bit as you need quite a few.
From memory I think RS do the same pins and will be cheaper just for you to know if you go down that road.
