E30 Bonnet & Boot badges

Hi there

my car is in the garage so cannot measure the sizes but can someone tell me which sizes I need.
on ebay they say an 82mm is for bonnet and 73mm for boot and some convertibles the boot is 60mm (I have a convertible 318)

forget ebay, you can get them from the dealers. the graphics/font/colour will be correct and they wont fade/chip/flake.

I have a Baur so what size would it be on the boot lid?

you need 81/82 mm.

the reason on ebay the rear is different is becasue the rear badge is angled if you buy a proper one, however the 82mm bonnet badge fits perfectly well in the rear, it just sits flatter - you cant tell from more than a few feet away.

cabs/baur/tin tips all have exactly the same badges, 82mm

the smaller badges are for E36/46 bonnet boot where they are different - front is bigger

as for chipping/fading....well my cheapo ones have been on my car for over four years and seem ok - and if you see where i live we have no shortage of sun

that is great help, thank you as i wanted to buy the carbon fibre ones from ebay to suit the custom colour job on my car.
82mm for front and back it is.
