Quick question, Im new to the BMW scene and recently noticed that my 318i Lux Touring has its oil filler cap closest to the distributor and my friends 318i Touring one is located closest to the bulkhead. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Thanks

Strange that, you'd think the better design, would be the Dizzy, end. I'm surprised it wasn't that way, to start with.
