They've been having a 50% off sale for a while.
Got two new Lemforder wishbones, with ball joints attached, and two Pagid rear brake drums
last week. Total price £70, with a mates discount card.
Can't beat that.

all the savings are already calculated, if you look at the item it should state its original price

The 50% has already been taken off the advertised price.
At least it has on the site I'm viewing.

I'm getting fed up with ECP which is annoying as I used to like dealing with them
With permanent "sales" on they are rapidly becoming the DFS of the car parts industry
I used cp4l for the first time last week as they were slightly cheaper on the screen price plus another £10 off for spending over £75.

yep. 'sale' prices identical to cp4ls normal prices, plus you get a discount on orders over £50 / £75 / £100 which makes them cheaper.
I only ever use ecp if either of the local branches have the part in stock. if not i'll use cp4l and freepost.
cheers,
harry

My local store (Crawley branch) stock most of the common E30 stuff like cam belt kits, brake parts, wishbones, axle bushes, drop links, track rods etc etc.

Behave mate, we can think ourselves lucky that parts for our
cars are still available, let alone in stock.

But it works, though - hence the OP of this thread.

Its a bit like the stock market these days! Should you buy today when it may be cheaper tomorrow?! or was it cheaper yesterday??
All I know is I get complaints from trade customers daily about it.

The branches are stock profiled according to what they sell, which is why any branches I've worked at over the last few years keep more E30 stock than others.

Me two!
Knowing that the 'voice' on the end of the 'phone cares is more important than the final price.
