leading on from another post I replied to, what modern upgrades have you fitted to your E30 if any

I have the following......
  • Replaced my cigarette lighter with a flush fit twin USB socket

Head unit that can link to my ipod/iphone

    Remote Central Locking

Full Closure unit for my windows so they close when I lock the car

Basic Parrot blue tooth kit which you cant even see but works very well.

    HID headlights

Most bulbs replaced with LED's as they last longer give off better light and use less power
In the future I plan to upgrade my suspension and my brakes and would like a more up to date engine

That looks a bit too low for my liking. Does it not rub the arches ?

Link here to arch work build.

And in keeping with the thread, ive also added a sony bluetooth/usb/aux head unit as it still had its original "pull out" tape player.

But I have found a receipt to say 4 chrome arches were bought once upon a time! - luckily, they've gone...

E36 B3 which is a 3.2

A B3S is a 3.4 from an E46 and the earlier E46 B3 is 3.3.

I think that's about it.

I'm going to go against the grain here are ive tried to keep mine as period as possible going as far as having an 80's sound system complete with tape holder.

An alarm with remote locking is the only modern concession but thats over 10 years old and is more a requirement or was for insurance purposes.
