A question if anyone can help.

The front valance i always thought by the looks of it it was welded to the chasis/body, but i have seen a couple of people selling them on here. How are they removed?

The one on my touring is a bit bent, but the one on my coupe i am breaking is in better nick.

they are not welded Rich, they are held on by self-tapping 8mm screws, one at each top corner by the front wings, one behind each air scoop and there are two in the bottom left/right corners of the headlight grilles. there are also two tiny torx screws at the very corners of the front edge of the panel too, near the headlight grilles.
you have to remove the bumper first obviously (two T55 bolts, which WILL be very tight and probably rusty) and the bumper mounting brackets (held on by two 10mm screws in the wheel arch, inside the wings)
