I used a 12mm spacer but I had the Mazda logo milled off the outer face of the caliper.

If you try removing the Mazda logo be aware that it covers the oilway that links the 2 pistons. I didnt know about it so I had to get the hole that appeared welded over.

If you are using a standard BBS 15"wheel and tyre you will need to roll the arches with the spacer fitted.

Surely it will depend on the offset of your wheels too?

I used 10mm hubcentrics and didn't grind the calipers but I was running 17in Alpenis reps at the time.

im going to be doing this so quite interested. surely the size of spacer all depends on your wheels. i have schmidt modern lines which are et10 i think. so should need a smaller spacer

I wanted to use a standard 15"BBS but abandoned the idea. It's cheaper to use the WMS kit than make all the modifications needed to get the BBS to fit with the Mazda caliper.
