What size length bolts do I need? Standard E30 bolts are 24mm IIRC so will these fit?
Wheels are going on an M3 rep with M3 suspension.
Thanks
BBS Style 5 wheel bolts..

17x8 style 5s? Fairly sure I used the standard wheel bolts, although I didn't drive it far with the 17s on due to wrong tyre size.
I have used longer bolts on the front of mine with the 16x8 BBS, but only because I needed 3mm spacers to clear the M3 calipers.

17x8 front and 17x9 rear. These came off a 8 series so don't think I'll need the front spacer?

Where's the best place to get new bolts from? Are they M12 x 1.5?

Hi imy, I've always used standard bmw bolts with every set of bmw wheels I've bolted to various different bmws over the years.
Only ever needed new bolts for aftermarket stuff or when using spacers.

The bolts I've got are rusty and old. I know you won't see them behind the centre cap but i'd like new one's to go with the new wheels

The oe ones are probably made by febi, and I'm sure will be cheaper from suppliers other than bmw.
Not the cheapest you'll see, but proper quality and should last many years.

I didnt use spacers with the 17s but the calipers didnt have the anti-rattle clip fitted as I was also trying the 16s at the time.
The bolts are M12x1.5. Thinking about it, mine are from an E34 I broke, but they are the same. I did price some up from the dealer, but the E34 ones havent fallen off yet

Cant remember mate sorry, it was 3-4yrs ago. I think a couple quid each for the non-lock bolts.

Not that much then, although they're probably double that price now.
Thanks.
