I've just noticed my allen key type screw is missing from my afm. Is this bad?

It's actually not too bad, doesn't stall or overheat, idles not great though and pulling away is a bit ropey.

In my humble opinion,
you can't leave the screw missing as you are running lean mixture...
unburn air will cause the exhaust gas temperature goes higher & it will increase your engine temperature too...

screw is missing, used her last 2 days since rebuild and is running really rough at low rpm's. Just fitted a 2nd hand throttle body as well. Going to book in at bmw tomorrow, will it be ok to use for rest of week, about 6 mile round trip.

would be cheaper to fit used meter as mechanic will have to setup and fit screw(assuming it is missing and not grommetted i.e tamper sealed)

So a used meter would already be set up, doesn't have to be done to suit my car?
Would the gromet be down the hole then?
