Mine gets lighter with age.
The Internet - It has proven to be worthless, and is nothing but a repository for perverts.

Mines 1125kg in line with the PBMW regs.
Thats with myself, 16kg in the floor and some fuel.
Mine's an early car which I believe is lighter to start with but I'd have thought I could easily get the car itself below 1000kg whilst still retaining the wiring loom and standard panels.

Snap! I'm hoping to get mine on the road for the end of the year and will get it on the scales then, with alot less weight than it had last time it was on the road.rix313 wrote:I'm keen to get mine on some scales and see what it weighs when its back together. Not sure what to expect.

1080kg with 10 litres of fuel, complete with S50 lump. Should be nearer 1000 once I lose the metal bonnet, boot lid and do something with the doors and glass...

Managed to weigh it the other weekend. With my 'race wheels and tyres' (team dynamics 1.2 and Dunlop direzza tyres) plus 1/4 tank of fuel I was at 966kg. Add me to that and it's 1041kg. Minimum weight for my championship is 1040kg
talking to the other guys who run the M20 engine they're around 100kg over weight with not much more power so should be interesting
