Hole under battery tray
Front jacking points and one of the front footwells need attention.
Maybe a silly question but what would be best option? Cut and weld?
Issue with footwell and jacking point is that once cut carpet and interior would be exposed so can't exactly just weld a peace in without taking interior out?

You can remove a few convenient bits of trim which will allow you to fold the carpet back in order to weld the "jacking points" (they're not for jacking). But yes, the only way to cure rust is to cut it out and weld in fresh metal.
