Those plates look really nice, but agreed they are totally illegal, but you'd have to roll past a bored copper for them to do anything.

Iain thats white rear number plates i see, very nice, now i'm suprised you don't get bother for that.

Also off topic have you got your doors yet off that matey?? If so were you pleased with the condition?

Returning to your car before the ticket is completed invalidates the ticket. Just refuse it. Nothing to do with any plates.

keep legal ones in the boot and say you had been at a show and forgot to change them..

i have done it at the road side. they let me go !

pulled over, i got out the car met the traffic cop at his window before he could get out his car !! :D

he got out went to the back of the car and cheekily said "nice legal plated those"

boot was opened bmw screwdriver out screws off new plate on within 2 mins.

cop was giving it blah blah blah

bye bye have nice night mr traffic cop :cool:

I have spare legal plates in both my cars, but you know coppers when there in a mood!
