Numberplates are also an mot fail, boot badge is in the wrong place, and it either has standard concentric front arm bushes, or eccentrics fitted wrong as the wheel is sitting wonky in the arch.
Looks tidy, and is a nice spec, but not quite the mint original car the advert suggests.

It's an import, so wouldn't have had side repeaters from new.suchy wrote: Oh yeah! Not savvy enough to notice that! Wonder where they disappeared to then?
However, all cars registered after 1986 ( Ie all e30 m3s ) have to have side repeaters fitted to meet uk regulations unless the front indicators are a wrap around design and can be seen from a rear 3/4 view, which obviously e30 ones aren't.

I don't know Chris, M3's are minefields, you've got Evo, Cecotto, Ravaglia I think, but theres always someone trying to pass off crap as "rare classic", & asking a fortune for them.

That's because of the crazy prices being asked of them.
How do we know some of these £30 -60k Sport Evos aren't clocked given how much people are prepared to pay for them. Give me a good M3 CSL any day over £60k Sport Evo.

Have you seen M3 CSL prices lately 20-30k CSLs asking prices £50k by Hexagon.
They jumped by nearly 10-15k in months.
Few months back u could get a 9k CSL for about £50k

The ASKING prices have jumped ! Does anybody know anyone who has dropped 50k on a carboned up dragger ? I doubt it.
It's a 10 year old turd with ZERO competition history or relevance . It's no Sport Evolution, that is for sure !
