I've just bought an e30 with the angled tail pipes which I don't like, so thought I might as well upgrade while I'm changing it.

Can anyone recommend a system they've had experience with - I've heard good things about supersprint?

Nothing loud though please as it's a track car.

Thanks.

Original is pleasingly fruity, and louder than modern stuff - but not loud.
E30 Touring 0.35 cD - more slippery than prison soap :)

I have a genuine standard exhaust on my C2, fits perfectly sounds nice too, it'll be fine a normal 325i but for the Alpina it's just not got the soundtrack, i've bitten the bullet and having a longlife made for it next thursday, so my 6 month old 2 piece genuine system will be up for sale soon, not cheap mind you!!

I had a full stainless made by a company in nottingham for my sport who made a perfect copy of the original but sound wise a little bit louder than standard as they even build there own boxes. Not cheap at around 850 quid but workmanship was brillant look at webpage at www.stainless-exhaust.com

£400 is pretty good value! I've emailed them for a quote

I plan on changing the engine at some point in the future for m52, will these exhausts fit or would I need to swap again?
