good luck with it mate! I know exactly how you feel with the long running project! (we go way back don't we lol)
Its up to you what you do with your car mate but theres iconic parts of an e30 that shouldn't be touched IMO the front end is a must! Smoke the lights/make them yellow whatever but neverrrr change the shape!

as I said your project, your car, your money! So hopefully this will be our year my friend!
P.s alpinas are wellll overdone! Rs's are boss!

I'm brave, once it's hopefully finished and on the road, i'm going to try and get to loads of car shows/meets.
It's an acquired taste but i've always liked them so couldn't turn them down. Rare to find a set now.
I'll always have the option of fitting rounds lights back in

The thing about the wheels and lights, is that they can be changed back easily enough, if you don't like the look.
Not a big deal.
(Me personally I wouldn't do it, but then I haven't seen one with them fitted)

I wasn't trying buddy but glad you found it humerous im in the same boat as imy right now. Just got the mani modified, exhaust system should be done this coming week. Still got wiring to sort out which hopefully should be a days work.

They are 09 and 010. Come off a 8 series. Think these will look better
