3 position switch: always off, on with doors open only or on with boot open only. Problem with one on yours?
When I got mine, one of the switch positions didn't work. Just had to open the light & switch and bend a leaf spring back into position.
Then the light used to come on randomly in the boot position (came on overnight once). That turned out not to be the switch or boot catch, but a bit of missing insulation on the switch wire grounding on the body.
