Steering wheel..what have I done wrong?

Hi guys,

swapped my steering wheel over with one I bought on here and now my horn only works when I push the whole wheel in.

There's a small free-spinning sleeve that fits over the spline which seems to be to deep to allow the horn contact with the ring on the wheel.

any suggestions?

Just bend the connectors closer bud
