as the title says really?
No.
Front headlight changed from the early type to bullseye then smiley at the same times as the rest of the range swapped.
Mid 1989 they all got 215 spec engines with the larger head ports and throttlebodies plus offset control arm bushes and 16in wheels.
All the bodywork stayed the same bar the evo evo2 and sport evo additions and alterations to front bumper and bootlid / spoiler.

The early cars had the aircon slot in the spoiler blamked off (mine has this)...later on all cars had the aircon cooling vent opened up, whether or not aircon was fitted.

Sport evo front wings were also different to the rest (arch cutout dimensions) and also had the gasket fitted in the bonnet shut gap on each wing as standard. Also, EVO 2 had lighter glass/interior compared to everything (sport evo included). Also sport evo and evo 2 had brake ducts in place of fog lamps.
