Aesthetics, simplicity and German engineering. I'd rather have a rattly old Bavarian which, when it goes wrong, can be fixed with two spanners, than be constantly clenching my ringpiece driving a Subaru that will rape me sideways financially when something breaks, which it inevitably will because it's seventeen times more complex than it needs to be.

The looks, the class, the personality of the car. The shape of it. Don't really like the new tatter I see now a days. My seatbelt locked up the other day which meant i couldnt get it on as it was gripped by the mechanism, so I went into the boot got out me a spanner undid the bolt on the seat bolt so it would slacken, and hey presto my seatbelt wasnt taught again. Life is simple, its a labour of love when things go wrong.
