Front bumper???

I just got myself a bargin e30 320 F reg that needs some tlc, anyway I'm looking to get an mtec bumper as the bumper is pretty s&@t but while looking on eBay I'm not sure what I'm getting, is a bumper just the bit at the bottom that the fog lights sit in or am I getting the upper bit that the indicators sit in as well as I want to replace that too, just not sure if its all one piece or a separate, hope y'all can help thanks.

Its separate.the bumper is where the indicators sit.the flights sit in the valance.the tech 2 kit covers the valance and the bumper is different i think
