I've got a standard 1990 320ise coupe and I'm thinking of getting a zone chip, my question is which one do you all think is best ? I've had all the info from Ant but still can't decide if its to be the mild or the wild one. The cars done 101,000 miles and apart from a possible air filter and exhaust change the car will remain standard, thanks in advance

personal preferene I think mate. From what i have seen posted, wild is the one to go for if you plan on furher mods like exhaust, maybe cam and other stuff.
Mild will still provide you with an improved driving experience

The mild keeps the same idle and smoothness of the engine but gives increased drivability and a slight increase in power through the rev range. The wild makes it idle higher (900 rpm), changes the rev limiter to 7000 rpm and gives a larger increase in bhp pulling harder at the top end.
wild and a 325 throtle body

Stress it, could go bang with those miles. 7k in a 6 pot, It's not a revy engine without the balancing. You know what it's like when you start in 1st, some times it does not want to go. Be carefull.
When they wanted to beef up an engine, they went for a 4 pot.
